Celebrity Looks: Beyonce Knowles

Right-O!

Sup readers!
Today's celebrity look I'm working with today is Beyonce Knowles, the celebrity who makes it A-OKAY to have huge hips and a curvy bum! Hell yeah!
Her look is major glamazon, which is perfect for the coming summer months! Lots of colour and statement accessories are a must. Plus don't think you can't work the glamazon look if you're a pale ghost like me because...you can!.
Just avoid ultra bright yellows to avoid the jaundice look :-) NOT fit...

Celebrity Looks: Lady Gaga

Okay back to fashion-ising your lives!
Now, I know that most of you will think 'why on EARTH would I want dress like that alien Lady Gaga' but there ARE more subtle ways to create a more unusual look from the highstreet without looking like an extra from Dr Who.

Mixing different patterns and texture together like monochrome stripes and lace will create a quirky, yet choreographed look. If I were you I'd keep the colour scheme simple or you really WILL look like an alien.
They have an impressive amount of lace and stripes in New Look at the moment, so get on it!

Stay tuned for more celeb looks from Holly Willoughby, Beyonce & more!

The Day After

Well that was a good night! :-D
Stayed in the halls for drinking games and a lot of permanent marker scribbling over each other, then went off out to a local club called Bushwackers a.k.a Busheys and danced the night away!
Only had one creepy man come up to me and say 'Well, you might as well kiss me' cocky little shit, to which I replied 'Err no I don't think so, I have a gorgeous boyfriend'. Saying he is gorgeous was of course entirely necessary :-)
He stormed off looking surprised and annoyed, probably astounded that his BRILLIANT pulling technique epically failed.
Tonight the plan is to go for all you can eat Chinese, then perhaps hit a bar or pub for some chilled out drinks. Yes mate!
In the meantime, I was introduced to a BRILLIANT website where you can super impose your friend's heads into videos. This is what I created, using my bf's band members and dog...hahaha!

Personalize funny videos and birthday eCards at JibJab!

HAHAHAHA.
That is all...

Worcester

So yes, I am now in Worcester staying with my good friend Megan.
She's at a lecture at the moment, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to download a lot of midget porn onto her hard drive...
HA!
Not really, she'd murder me.
The trip up here was actually fairly enjoyable, and took less time than expected. I was also very amused at a chip shop in Cheltenham being called 'For Cod's Sake!' hahaha, genius. This is what i saw when I looked out of the coach window...

I managed to find a very shit picture of it, see it there in the middle? Blue sign.
Planning to go out tonight dressed in green as a Worcester celebration of Megan's birthday, so we are basically going to look like the cabbage patch kids answer to modern warfare.
Then we're off to a local club called Velvet tomorrow for just a jolly old normal night out. What what!
My beautiful man is still away in Kenya until next Tuesday, which sucks wang but there you go.
Absense makes the heart grow fonder and all that shiz.
Just had some Worcester sauce flavoured crisps, sitting back and thinking about life.
I'm moving next month out of the countryside and back into civilization! YES!
No more worrying about how I'm getting home at night from Canterbury, I can walk! :-D

But most importantly...I'm getting a new bed. Yes mate...

Non Fashion Related Thoughts

Right, so at the moment I'm sitting in a shitty internet cafe in town at 'i'm not quite awake yet' o'clock.
Current thoughts?
I miss my beautiful boyfriend, who is currently on a 2 week Kenya escapade.
My mexican 20th birthday celebration was a drunken blur, too much tequila.
I wonder if they have any of that blueberry swirl cheesecake left in Starf**ks right now? (Last time there wasn't, bastards...)
Visiting my best friend in Worcester at her uni on Tuesday, dead excited. Not so excited about the 6 hour coach trip though...
Oh dear god, 'You're The One That I Want' song from Grease just came on the radio in this cafe, kill me now please. It's too early for Olivia Newton John's optimism & John Travolta's chin.
The song has ended, excellent.
Yawn. (I actually yawned)
Should of eaten breakfast.
My new(ish) Vans are cool. Oh yes they are.
I'm 20 years old, arghhhhhh.
I'm moving house in May which is exciting, I won't be in the middle of the country anymore and will actually be able to wonder outside without being greeted by a farmer or inbred local scumbag.
A guy just came in to the cafe saying his laptop has 31 viruses, and asking how likely it is he can recover his data...he's f**ked! :-)
20 minutes later he's still talking to the computer guy. He is avoiding paying for a service by asking for the solution, clever evasive dick! :-D
Right over and out, my time is up!
Later!

Alice in Wonderland More Casual & Formal

Hey hey!

I've been on the lookout and found yet more Wonderland pieces as promised! Oh yeaaaah! :-P
I spotted a similar and cheaper version of Miss Selfridge's Queen of Hearts top in grey plus some other pieces to go with it, including the red Boohoo treggings that I put in my last post.

Grey Queen of Hearts Top £6,
Sequin Waistcoat £10, both George at Asda
Red Treggings £10 Boohoo.com
Grey Lace Gloves £4,
Black Heels £12 both New Look
Polka Dot Bow £7 Miss Selfridge
Black Shoulder Purse £6 Peacocks

The sequinned waistcoat glams it up a bit, and the grey lace gloves give it a quirky Wonderland edge :-)

With the mega bright treggings there's no need for any more red apart from the cute bow and perhaps some red lipstick to finish it off.

Next is the formal version of this look, I LOVE this heart print dress.

Heart Print Strapless Dress £25 Boohoo.com
Sequin Blazer £15,
Black Lace Gloves,
Strapped Black Heels £5 all New Look
Bright Blue Shoulder Purse £3 George at Asda

The blazer and gloves give it a really 'Mad Hatter' feel and the bright blue clashing bag adds another flash of colour with the plan accessories. Wear with bright blue tights for an extra quirky touch!

All of these items are under £25 so really affordable!
I thoroughly recommend going down to Asda and having a look at the clothing, it's better than you think! :-D
